"I've been having horrible twisting cramping in my thighs. sometimes walking helps minimize the time frame of level 10 pain but still left with the aching through my whole leg for at least a day. I use Doterra Deep
Blue and Tylenol but that's minimal help. Does anyone have other ideas that might help them."
