I need help regulating my Bowel movement.

Hi.My name is Trina.I am 50 years old.I was diagnosed with parkinson's ten years ago. I have been having bio issues for several years now and have recently learned that parkinson's is the cause. I've been to the gas trollogists and had all kinds of test and medications thrown at me and nothing works. Is there anyone else having the same problem?And if so.What are you doing to treat it. Is there anything that I can do to get regular again.
