Deep brain stimulation
I’m getting ready to get deep brain stimulation, has anyone else on here been through this and how much did it help you, did you notice a difference?

The neurologist decided not to do the procedure DBS , said I was not far enough along in my disease , now they are going to be giving me Botox injections in my left foot and in the back of my neck, so I’m asking if other people have had this procedure done to them, and I would like to hear how they feel about this procedure and if it helped them with their pain?

Thank you for sharing this with me I really do appreciate it!! I have read up a lot on this topic and it seems like it is a good thing for me to get done. Because my left foot and toes hurt so much that I can’t stand it!! So hopefully these Botox injections that I will be getting done this Monday at UK NEUROLOGY CENTER, will relieve some of the pain!!
