I’ve been playing with ai (i’m kind of a geek) trying to automate my work and an idea hit me: to create my PD (early onset) health assistant which I connected with my watch and pasted all my data regarding my protocols and health analysis. I talk to him on whatsapp and it’s really helpful. It takes my sleep data everyday, my walks, my padel sessions and I can compare and see how I am doing.
My favourite tasks are: tracking (new) supplements, researching new discoveries for my PD (early onset) and related to the supplements I take, researching for clinical trials around me and daily I get infos about these.
I find it very helpful… and I am thinking this could help other people as well so I’d like to know if you would use this and if you find it useful.
