Victim of misused Medical device

I am a victim of the misuse of a medical device ( brain computer interface or deep brain stimulation device) that I think is used for parkinson's, alzheimer's, dementia etc.. I am in search of any information to help get it disabled. It is some kind of app or software that links caregiver or loved ones brain activity and thoughts , here are a few of the functions to the best of my knowledge

1- you can change patience mood to agitated ,nervous, trimmer, happy, sleepy, confused etc..

2- AIDS in brushing, flossing and maintaining healthy mouth.

3- has features such as "lock" "trigger" "say what is say "

4- Translate brain thoughts to text or pictures.
