Rasagiline

I have been taking Rasagiline since diagnosed with PD 10 years ago. This past year has been difficult having lost a brother, named executrix with all the responsibility and my husband continues to have serious health issues. I asked my PCP and neurologist for something for stress and anxiety. Lexapro was suggested. I checked the drug interactions like I do when adding a new med. It is a serious interaction yet when I bring that up to my neurologist he says it rarely happens. I don’t want to add another problem. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
