I have had Parkinson's for 4 years now. When I was diagnosed, I decided to be proactive and stay positive. Which is not easy. I upped my workout to 1 1/2 hours a day, 6 days a week. I also do a 1/2 m walk in the evening. Still, I get time off when my head is in the clouds. My progression has been slow. Even when I ache, I push through. I consider myself lucky as there are far worse off people with this disease.
