Exhausted
Last year I attended my graduation. At the wedding, I stayed overnight the next day after the wedding, around teatime, out in the gardens for photos; I could not keep up and had to be helped back to my room, so I missed the evening celebrations. This year I have my granddaughter's wedding in Yorkshire, a 2-hour drive in my daughter's car, and I know I will be asleep most of the time. Then the next day is the wedding. I am dreading the thought of a repeat, and as much as I really want to go, I am thinking of not going.
