I'm a military veteran who was diagnosed with Parkinson's at age 47. 8 years later at age 55, age, while my disease has progressed to tremors in extremities on both sides of my body, I am so grateful to still be working full time and I'm in the gym 7 days a week. I do a combination of cardio, strength training, and circuit training. Additionally, a real life changer for me has been yoga !!! I'm currently taking Crexont and Amantadine daily and doing great!!! I have learned to stay positive, exercise by brain/mind daily and most importantly, KEEP MOVING!!! You have to keep moving.
