New med

Does anyone have any experiences of taking Genocide,this side effects look scary and I've not been well lately with Gastroparthesis,so I don't know if I can cope with much more at the moment,but,I'm now wondering if they might actually help the Gastroparthesis... anyone,advice please , should I just go for it ,OR ,with untill I feel stronger ,thanks for reading.
