Choking on Food

I was diagnosed with PD 18 years ago. The first 10 years were very gentle, but after the next years, I started HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH walking and also with swallowing food specially bread and meat. I learned that the meat should be cutoff in small pieces prior to eating. This reduced the choking incidents, also having sips of water or juice in between bites helps a lot. I also have another issue, sometimes I want to start the swallowing process but my muscles don't respond- they are frozen. This is a really scary feeling, I don't know if there is a therapy or medicine for this problem?
