Hello
Living with Parkinson's disease can present many challenges, particularly when it comes to managing the symptoms on a day-to-day basis. Whether it's dealing with tremors, rigidity / difficulty with mobility, Parkinson's can make routine tasks harder than they once were.
I'm looking for advice and strategies that others have found helpful in adapting their daily routines, especially when dealing with the physical and mental effects of the disease.
In particular, I’m interested in tips for improving mobility and managing tremors during activities like cooking, walking, or even writing. I would also love to hear about any assistive devices / tools that have helped make life easier and more manageable.
How have you found ways to adapt to the fatigue and stiffness that often comes with Parkinson’s?
Let’s share our experiences and strategies for managing symptoms and improving quality of life. It’s always reassuring to hear how others are coping & I believe we can all benefit from exchanging helpful insights and support.
Thank you !
