Mucuna Pruriens Supplements...
Has anybody had any luck using Mucuna Pruriens to cope with PD? As I understand it doctors do not recommend their use but what are suffers supposed to do when they can't get the medical help that they need???

I really had my hopes up trying this supplement but so far there hasn't been anything positive to say. I would appreciate hearing any opinions regarding using Mucuna Pruriens supplements. The brand name on the bottle is 'Jiva Botanicals'. Again, thank you...

The Mucuna Pruriens supplements have no effect at all. I should try and get medical help but it's hard finding a doctor.. I have just learned that Sinemet is no longer available in North America. What now is a common and effective drug prescribed to treat PD???

I still haven't got a primary care physician but I have since found a neurologist who might see me as a patient. No idea when. They say that it could take several months...
