Pierangelo

I am 71 got diagnosed with Parkinson's 4 months ago approx. It's very scary in the first month looking at the different stages one can go through.

Finding routine

After a month or so I started to get in a good routine. Playing tennis, working out, and walking. The best thing I heard is to stay active. I feel down part of the time but when I work out, it seems to give me a lift in my mood.

I am on levodopa for the last 4 months I believe it's helpful. Lately I am experiencing anxious and restless legs! Not sure what to do.

The morning is harder getting going and motivated to do things. I lost my wife over 3 years ago and did not realize the trauma of that loss in my life. I am new to this. Hopefully this is of some help.
