Attitude
Diagnosed 3 yrs ago at age 75. Docs told me to keep moving. That's easy for someone with 30+ yrs as a runner and cyclist. BUT, my regimen never included an over-emphasis on exercise and does not now.
Exercise regimen
30 minutes of stationary biking and movement activities daily. One hour of boxing with a trainer each week will resume when the virus exits as well as a weekly session with PT. That's 5.5 hours plus regular walking.
Choices and attitude
Choice: I can die from destructive, consuming obsessive behavior around my health or from maintaining my mental, emotional, and physical equilibrium - and create a future rather than surrender to one prescribed by mere circumstances.
