Tingling in fingers

Anyone else suffering from this can be quite painful at times

  1. Yes! I get this frequently. Especially when exercising. I was just diagnosed in June '22 so I'm going to ask my neurologist on my return appointment in February. I wonder if it has some connection to the fact that Parkinson's pain effects the hands so much... Definitely something we need to ask our doctor about. I have gotten some relief squeezing a stress ball a few times a day and wearing light compression gloves when I go to bed at night. I also do hand exercises. Good luck!🙂

    1. Tingling in fingers

      1. This is apparently something quite common with PD patients since we use our hands so often. It sounds as if you are on the right track by using compression gloves and the exercise ball. Have you tried clay as well? The yellow is light and the pink takes a little more strength. You are wise to consult your neurologist as he/she may have other solutions. Please let us know what he suggests as a great many of us may be able benefit from his solution. Thea DeStephano Community Team Member
