Psicofarma Cloisone in Mexico

I live in Mexico for much of the year. In the States, after discussing my emerging symptoms over two years with two different GPs who sort of dismissed my "too diffuse" symptoms I finally brought these up with my Mexican primary doc. He immediately had me walk down a very long hall and back while watching my gait intensely. He then sent me off for an immediate MRI brain scan. Looking at the results he took my hand and gently said that he was fairly sure that I had PD but was going to refer me on to a neurologist whose specialty was neurodegenerative/movement diseases. Saw him two weeks later as he was only at the hospital once a week.
His first meeting was quite long as he did lots of symptom gathering from me followed by several physical tests. Lastly, he had me walk down a long hall and back again, intently watching my gait. After nearly an hour and a half he confirmed the PD diagnosis and said he surmised that I was about halfway through Stage Two.
There is a question coming here. I am taking the Cloisone brand, a Mexican pharmaceutical drug for PD. Any thoughts from the community of the quality/ equivalency of this brand?
Thanks you. This is my first post.
Oh also, how do I create a better profile name and pic?
