My incident with PD.

Hello,
I am Ram from India 66 years of age retired after 35 yrs service in Oil and Gas industry. My family is well settled with both daughters in the music field as Vocal and violin musicians. My wife is also up and about with minor ailments like sinus, diabetes.
I was diagnosed about a year ago, as I felt stiffness on the left elbow and fingers. I take medication as suggesyed by my doctor who is very friendly and gentle. My stiffness has eased and i am getting better with gait and swing of my left hand. My time is filled with hrand children's programme. I spend my time in yoga and meditation, reading is my hobby and it fills me with joy.

        1. RAM,
I guess our common condition traverses all borders. India sounds exotic. I am 65 and was diagnosed 8/2020. The medication I take is Carbidopa/Levodopa which has helped control my condition. The dose for me is 2 pills 3 times per day. My time is spent exercising hanging out with my wife, 2 cats, spending time with Parkinson's pals and praying. We live in Sedona, Arizona. RAM welcome to the club.
