Hi Gabro13. I agree with Chris in that you should discuss this question with your doctor and that each person with Parkinson's is different. I would like to add that you should advocate for yourself and have a conversation with your doctor about why your he/she feels you should increase your medication, what can be gained by the change, and why you feel you are well managed today. It may also help to track your symptoms before your appointment. For example, track on/off times, how often it takes for your medications to "kick in", any falls you may have had, etc. You and your doctor may be able to notice trends and how to best treat them. Best of luck! Please let us know if you have any further questions or need any additional information. Regards, Kelly, ParkinsonsDisease.net Team Member
