Does anyone suffer with hot head on the inside of their head?

Hi, my Dad has Parkinson’s and is suffering with a hot head on the inside of his head. He finds having gel packs over his forehead really helps. I was wondering if anyone else suffers with this and what they find helps to combat it and give relief. Also he has brain fog so does anyone know of anything to help with this. He does not take any medication for Parkinson’s because he’s worried about the side effects. I’m just trying to help my dad any way possible. I would appreciate any insight into the brain fog and heat problem. Thank you
