Do my eyes deceive me?

What's real and what's not?
If could only remember which of these darn pills cause this feeling then I could make a few quid in the pub.
Seriously, questioning one's own life and its twists and turns is in itself debilitating however seeing things that logic dictates can't possibly be real... well I always trusted my eyes but not anymore.
The human brain is a wonderful thing... until it goes tits up!!
