Learning how to party again

Before PD I used to love to dance. One of the first symptoms I had was the inability to coordinate my limbs. After diagnosis I was properly medicated, and for awhile things got better.

Managing expectations

I tried Zumba and I was able to do most of the steps! But as time went on, my coordination got worse, and I had to give it up. Today I've learned to dial down my expectations and let my body feel the music and do whatever motions express themselves and no worry about whether it looks "right."

I feel so much better and have more good days. I'm even sleeping better!
