I have had PD for a whole year. Well, probably longer than that. But was not diagnosed after being quite ill for a few years. I find eating a problem now as soon as I have anything to eat in the mornings I feel terrible. I start freezing and losing my balance the whole day.
Finding a diet for PD
Can anyone suggest a starting point for a diet? I have only really just clicked that it’s what I am eating, as by late lunch I am feeling light headed because I haven’t eaten.
This morning I just had a banana and a mandarin and so far feel fine. I would love to have some cereal and toast and honey but am not sure what is setting me off.
Do you find music to be an important factor in your life with PD?
