A 2018 Surprise AM

I am 84 and very active. Diagnosed 2 years ago with PD. I wasn't too upset. Still working, things hadn't hit the fan yet. PD service connected benzene and other chems. in water. Leg cramps, double vision, balance, stiffness, lots of leg, hand, and back pain. Things changed fast.

Started silver sneakers 5 days a week. Good people, very supportive. It has helped. I keep going as much as I can. Exercise and being involved with good people and trying to keep sorry for my attitude under control. Sleep is difficult but dear Emma's advice hit the mark. Thanks for the info.
