When medication starts to wear off my big toe feels like the circulation is being cut off. I take meds every 3 1/2 hr. It helps most of the time. Night time seems worst.
My foot gets some weird cramping issues with dystonia. It feels like my toes get stuck at a 90° angle down and it feels like pressure is on my top of my foot near the bottom of the leg. I also feel like my toes feel weird (maybe similar to what you describe). I get a lot of my dystonia info from a facebook site called
#nevergiveup parkinson's and dystonia
I find a lot of people there understand more than I have experience to describe.
That said, I'm just a patient, not a doc, so please check with yours.
PS - you need the # in that name to find the group.

Thanks Dan, I’ll try anything.

I agree with Dan. I don’t feel the need too hide the fact that I have Parkinson’s. I want people to know I’m hear to fight it. If we let others know, we can all fight it together.
