Hi, , while we wait on others to chime in. I thought I would share some general information we have on COMT inhibitors, like rasagiline, here -https://parkinsonsdisease.net/medications/comt-inhibitors. If you don't mind me asking has your doctor recently recommended this for you? Please, don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions. Wishing you well. -Jessica, Parkinsonsdisease.net Team Member

I used rasagiline 1mg for almost a year, but when my Dr. added an antidepressant (Escitalopram), it triggered a conflict, so she switched the rasagiline to Pramipexole Dihydrochloride. I didn't notice a huge difference before the switch that made me want to get back on it, actually, I'm wanting to try levodopa/carbidopa, but can't get it in Eastern Europe.
