I have been taking therapeutic riding lessons for about 5 years. Once you mount a horse for your lesson all of the stress melts away and you are focused on your horse and each step they take and their gentle rhythm. When I am at class my mind is totally free of any worries or anxiety for one wonderful hour! If you have the opportunity to ride, don't pass it up.
Happy trails!
