Helloand Happy New Year! I have terrible trouble with fatigue. I'm sleeping decently at night , around 6-9 hours. I wake up 1or 2x to use the bathroom but get back to sleep fairly easily. My fatigue is awful in the afternoon around 3pm and sometimes around 7pm. I'm exercising regularly and not drinking any alcohol or caffeine. I take 25-100 MG Carbidopa/Levidopa 3x day. Thoughts/ suggestions?

  1. After consulting with my neurologist you may want to consider a brief afternoon noon nap of half an hour or so. If you awake refreshed that is probably a good thing.That usually helps me. I would try to find something to keep me occupied at 7 depending on when you go to bed. Sweet dreams! Thea DeStephano Community Team Member
