DBS: actual experiences
I am official caregiver along with VA Homebased team of my beloved husband of 53 years. My husband was diagnosed 5 years ago and is now 77 years young. We would like to hear of the DBS journey of PD patients AND of their caregivers. We have many questions: ease of insertion and maintenance? Recuperation following procedure? Impact on specific PD symptoms?… your kind response is greatly appreciated
