I was diagnosed in 2015 sort of by accident. I noticed that when I was walking my left arm didn't move but it didn't worry me and I sort of forgot about it. I injured my hand and I went to my local medical centre to have it checked. I was leaving the doctors rooms and I casually mentioned about my left arm not moving. He said I want you to see a Neurologists, which I did about 4 weeks later. He said I have good news for you, you don't have Motor Nuerons, you have Parkinsons... but it won't kill you. That was the beginning of my journey with PD 9 years ago and I'm doing pretty OK. I'm still able to play golf [badly]. I get Freezing Episodes which happens a lot when indoors in my house, but when I'm outdoors it doesn't. Are there any 'tricks of the trade' that I can do to ease this nasty problem?
