    Tootsiann19, I am sorry to hear about your symptoms. I see you were just diagnosed a few weeks ago. Have you seen a Movement Disorders Specialist? Neurologist? If not, I would suggest that is your next step. There are medications that can help your symptoms. Exercise is also very good for easing your symptoms. Look for exercise classes for people with Parkinson’s, such as boxing, dancing, yoga, etc. You will find a community of people who will help you adjust to living with PD.
