Diagnosed with Dementia and then the tremor starts

I am 64 and was diagnosed with MCI questionable dementia which later was downgraded to just MCI (mild cognitive impairment). I took Dementia drugs for a while (now stopped) when a resting tremor developed in my right hand, moving to my right leg and torso all be it very mildly. I also have rigidity in my right arm and pains all the way to my neck on the right side. I have very mild balance problems and some dribbling, but overall I think I get away lightly. A DAT scan was normal and the tremor doesn't respond to Sinemet in higher doses. So whatever I've got cannot yet be classified as Parkinson's. Anyone else got something similar and did you find anything that moderates the tremor which is the most obvious symptom? Thanks
