What a perfect description! On the days my balance and gait leave a lot to be desired it’s hard not to succumb to staying in a chair all day. I do limit my exercise to seated workouts and give myself a little break. I know when I do have to walk to be hyper vigilant and concentrate on every movement and be sure someone is with me to avoid a fall. Have you done any PT for gait and balance?
