iPhone Accessible Feature Recommendations

One of our fellow community members is searching any suggestions for those who struggle using their iPhone. Does any one have any tips/suggestions they would recommend or accessibility features they use on their cellphones? The individual struggles to swipe and tap. Thanks for any input!
