Acceptance

This quote from one of the ISCKON guru has changed my life.

Do u have a problem -Yes-can i do something about it-Yes-why worry
Do u have a problem -Yes-can i do something about it-N0- why worry

I thought why worry, by worrying am I gaining something -No -instead its still worsening, then I said why worry - accept and keep moving ahead.

Some tips

Keep u r self busy by doing some work/listen to music , songs/sing/dance/learn something new (language, hobby, or what
don't know/make new friends and chat
Yoga/exercise/meditate

Have faith in doctor , his prescribed medicines
Believe yourself
Be Punctual in taking medicine and food

Gain Victory over PD by following above points

  1. What a unique approach to something that can take over our whole outlook. Worrying gets us nowhere and causes more anxiety. Generally what we worry about may never happen. Thank you for sharing your upbeat outlook with us.
