"My 79 yr old dad has Parkinson’s. Probably stage 3. Has to take 6 Sinemet plus(25mg) 3 times a day. Started at 3 but has built up the dosage over the last 3 months. When he takes them he goes into a zombie like state unable to lift his head or eyes. Almost comatosed but can speak. Just looks really odd. These symptoms last right up until an hour before the next 2 have to be taken. As such he only gets an hour of normalness a day before each dose. Is this normal? "
